• Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cash-out feature).

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.

Bajiaffi may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Managing multiple accounts.
• Bonus or promotion abuse.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.

• Creating an account while being underage.

You may also close your account at any time. Any available balance (excluding bonuses) can be withdrawn before closure.

• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
